🔷 Senior Leadership (PPS-12 / PPS-11)

Chief Manager Planning & Design (SPU) and General Manager (Engineering) are senior seats. You’ll be expected to:

Lead multi-disciplinary design planning and technical decision-making

Review complex design packages and ensure consistency with standards

Coordinate with project stakeholders and guide team outputs

Build clear reporting, timelines, and quality assurance routines
Ideal profile: professionals with long experience, strong documentation discipline, and confident leadership under deadlines.

🏛️ Architecture & Health Facilities Design

Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager (Architecture, Health Facilities, Interior, Conservation) roles typically focus on:

Concept-to-detailed design coordination

Hospital planning requirements (workflow, zoning, services planning, patient safety thinking)

Conservation-sensitive planning where required

Review of drawings, BOQ support, design compliance, and presentation-ready documentation
If you’ve led hospital projects, clinical planning coordination, or large public sector building packages, highlight it clearly.

These roles target experienced specialists who can drive design reliability:

Structural design review and coordination (codes, detailing, safety margins)

Electrical design planning and integration (power distribution, safety, system coordination)

MEP integration with architectural and structural constraints (HVAC preferred for some posts)

Infrastructure design experience (roads/highways/buildings/infrastructure) for project packaging and review
Focus on real outcomes: approvals achieved, design issues resolved, deliverables completed on time.

💻 IT / Network / Documentation / Drafting / Creative

System Network Administrator: network reliability, systems support, and IT coordination

Senior Documentation Assistant: document control, registers, versioning, EDMS exposure, and clean communication

Draftsman & Architectural Assistants: drafting accuracy, revisions, drawing sets readiness, coordination support

3D Animator & Graphic Designer: 3D models, visualization, presentation materials, and communication assets for technical narratives
A strong portfolio (even a short one) helps a lot for creative roles.
