The National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF) Pakistan is hiring talented and motivated professionals on a contract basis for an initial two (2) years to strengthen its learning, development, and outreach capacity across the banking and finance ecosystem. These openings are not employment with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)—they are contractual roles at NIBAF Pakistan.

e-Learning Team Lead (Deputy General Manager – ML1) — Islamabad

This is a senior role responsible for the end-to-end ownership of NIBAF’s e-learning function—designing, developing, and deploying effective digital learning programs while ensuring consistent quality and learner engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design and rollout of e-learning programs aligned with NIBAF’s learning objectives

Managing a team of program designers and developers (and coordinating with subject experts)

Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) so content is delivered smoothly to target audiences

Ensuring e-learning modules remain interactive, high quality, and instructionally sound

Staying current with modern learning technologies and best practices to continuously improve training experience

Managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation so projects are delivered on schedule and within scope

You’ll stand out if you have:

Strong LMS experience, clear project planning discipline, and the ability to lead stakeholders

A structured approach to content quality, learner outcomes, and continuous improvement

Confidence handling multiple programs at once without losing detail

2) Training Designer in Emerging Technologies (Manager – G4) — Islamabad

This role is suited for professionals who can translate modern tech trends into job-relevant training. You’ll develop innovative programs focused on future skills—such as AI fundamentals, machine learning concepts, blockchain, cloud computing, and other emerging areas.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing training programs that build future-ready skills for professionals

Identifying skill gaps and converting them into structured learning paths and practical modules

Working with industry experts and partners to keep content aligned with market needs

Coordinating with academic bodies and professional institutions when required

Supporting program management and stakeholder engagement to ensure training relevance

Ideal background:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience, plus a strong foundation in technology concepts

Exposure to instructional design, program management, or training delivery adds value

Ability to write clearly and simplify complex topics without overselling them

3) Digital Marketing & Content Associate (Assistant Manager – G2) — Karachi

This role focuses on building visibility and participation through high-quality content and smart distribution. You’ll create brochures, marketing collateral, and social media content while ensuring consistent branding and message clarity.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing program brochures and marketing materials

Managing social media content and improving outreach and engagement

Strengthening NIBAF’s digital presence with clear brand communication

Working with teams to ensure campaigns reflect program calendars and audience needs

Supporting marketing performance tracking through basic analytics and trend monitoring

Helpful strengths:

Strong writing and content editing, campaign thinking, and consistency in tone

Familiarity with performance marketing basics, content planning, and social media management

Comfort working fast without compromising quality

4) Assessment Design Associate (Assistant Manager – G2) — Karachi 

This is a specialized role for candidates who can design valid, reliable assessments that measure learning outcomes effectively—especially for competency-based training.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing assessment frameworks aligned with training objectives

Creating quizzes, case-based evaluations, scenario-based tasks, and knowledge checks

Ensuring assessments are valid, reliable, fair, and aligned with instructional design principles

Using relevant tools (including modern assessment methods and digital workflows) to track performance

Working with designers and instructors to ensure assessments match program outcomes

5) Outreach Officer (Officer – G1) — Karachi

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining regular communication with designated HR and L&D representatives in banks/corporations

Supporting nominations, registrations, and participation in training programs

Coordinating program materials: brochures, schedules, and information packs

Following up on queries related to program content, schedules, and logistics

Escalating complex requests to relevant departments for resolution

Ideal background:

Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Confident communication, coordination discipline, and customer-service mindset

Comfortable managing multiple conversations and keeping records clean
