Position: HTV / Heavy Transport Trailer Driver

Department/Employer: National Logistics Corporation (NLC)

Job Type: Full-time | Field operations (long-haul & regional routes)

Locations: Recruitment across Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur and other NLC nodes (see contact list)

Age Requirement: 28–52 years (as per advertisement)

Minimum Education: Matric preferred (literate candidates with strong experience may be considered)

License: Valid HTV driving license is mandatory

Compensation: Competitive monthly base pay (advertised around Rs. 69,752), monthly performance bonus up to Rs. 40,000, cash awards Rs. 15,000–30,000 on target achievement, plus annual performance bonus and multiple allowances—see “Pay & Benefits” below.

Pay & Benefits (What You Can Earn)

NLC’s driver compensation is structured to reward consistency, safety, and target achievement:

Base Monthly Salary: ~Rs. 69,752

Monthly Performance Bonus: up to Rs. 40,000 (based on defined targets/metrics)

Monthly Target Cash Awards: Rs. 15,000–30,000 for completing assigned “life/route targets” (as stated)

Annual Performance Bonus: Paid according to NLC policy and individual performance

Social Protection & Perks: CP/GP fund, Group Insurance, medical facilities for employee and family (policy-based), children education support up to Rs. 200,000 per year, uniform & PPE, periodic trainings, modern fleet exposure
