Subject Specialist Roles (APSACS & APSIS)

Designing or improving schemes of work, lesson pacing, and revision plans

Developing balanced assessments (conceptual + analytical + application-based)

Supporting exam paper setting aligned with FBISE or CAIE standards

Guiding teachers through planning, classroom delivery, and assessment strategies

Reviewing student performance trends and recommending improvements using data

Trainer / Evaluator

Running teacher professional development workshops

Creating training modules, handbooks, rubrics, and evaluation tools

Conducting school/classroom evaluations and reporting findings clearly

Helping align teaching quality with institutional academic goals

Software Developer

Building and maintaining internal web-based systems for academic/administrative operations

Working with databases and reports (MS SQL + dashboards)

Ensuring secure deployments and smooth performance in production environments

Supporting analytics and reporting—Power BI is a plus

Clerk (APSIS Cambridge Stream)

Managing records, files, documentation, and day-to-day coordination
