in its Inspections Directorate.
Vacancies include Deputy
Director Census, Census Data Manager (Data Cleaning & QA), Divisional
Census Manager (Lahore, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha), GIS Software Expert,
and Census Data Cleaning & QA Officer. All roles are lump-sum salary positions with duty station
primarily at the Head Office, Lahore,
except the Divisional Census Manager posts, which are stationed across the

Deputy
Director Census (Head Office, Lahore)
Lead the healthcare
establishment census across the province; frame methodology, sampling, tools, and quality controls.
Oversee divisional
managers, align field operations with the Inspections Directorate, and deliver timely, validated datasets for
decision-making.
Integrate GIS mapping, data cleaning, and QA protocols;
supervise reporting dashboards for leadership.
Liaise with district
health authorities, professional councils, and partner agencies.
Census Data Manager — Data Cleaning & QA
(Head Office, Lahore)
Build and enforce data cleaning
rules, validation checks, and QA workflows.
Manage ETL pipelines,
maintain metadata, and
document change logs.
Prepare ad-hoc
analyses and management
briefs for inspections, licensing, and enforcement
actions.
Divisional Census Managers (Multiple
Divisions)
Plan and administer field
operations within the assigned division; manage enumerators/teams, logistics, and time-bound targets.
Ensure data
integrity from collection to submission; coordinate with district focal persons and the Head Office QA
cell.
Support inspections by
providing division-level maps, registers,
and dashboards.
GIS Software Expert (Head Office, Lahore)
Design and maintain GIS layers for
healthcare establishments; develop interactive
maps and geospatial analytics for coverage, density, and compliance.
Work with data teams to integrate coordinate-validated registers, spatial joins, and inspection routing.
Support custom GIS
applications for field monitoring and executive reporting.
Census Data Cleaning & QA Officer (Head
Office, Lahore)
Execute routine data
checks, deduplication, outlier detection, and validation scripts under the Data Manager’s
supervision.
Prepare divisional QA
scorecards, maintain SOPs,
and contribute to training of
field teams on data quality.
