announced multiple Government of
Sindh vacancies across colleges in the Regional Directorate of Colleges, Hyderabad Region.
Positions include Junior Scale
Stenographer, Computer
Operator, Sub Engineer
(Civil), Sub Engineer
(Electrical), Draughtsman, Draftsman, Junior Clerk,
and Work Mistry / Work Supervisor / Darogha. These are full-time government jobs in Hyderabad Division, Sindh, offered under Basic Pay
Scales BPS-14, BPS-12, BPS-11, BPS-10,

IBA Testing Services General Screening Test (Graduation Category) with at least 40% marks and must possess the STS certificate. Applications

calculation & relaxation:
Age will be calculated from the

Upper age relaxation is up to 5 years as
per Government of Sindh notifications/rules in force.

subsequent notifications.
✅ Quota &
merit:
All quota (e.g., merit, women, minority,
differently-abled, where applicable) will be observed as per Government of Sindh policy.

servants:
If already in Government
Service, obtain NOC from
your department before
submitting your application and bring the original NOC to the interview for
the Departmental Selection Committee.

Role-Specific
Pointers (What Hiring Teams Look For)
Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14):
Strong command over English
shorthand (120 wpm), typing (35
wpm), and MS Office.
Ability to draft minutes, maintain confidential records, format
letters/reports, and manage scheduling.
Computer Operator (BPS-12):
Sound knowledge of operating
systems, office
applications, data entry,
printing/scanning workflows, and basic hardware/software
troubleshooting. Accuracy and speed are crucial.
Sub Engineer — Civil/Electrical (BPS-11):
Understanding of BoQs, site
supervision, drawings, measurements, QA/QC, and work safety. Familiarity with Public Sector procurement, estimation, and

day-to-day coordination, labor allocation, material logs, and safety
