Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree
Department: ADC Business Division
Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of
experience in the Credit Card Division are preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
-Sound understanding of credit card concepts.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
in English.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities
effectively.
Job Description:
- Assist in leading product-related projects,
ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and alignment with
business objectives.
- Support the development and enhancement of new
credit card products by analysing market trends, customer needs, and
competitive offerings, and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate effective
product strategies.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify
preferences, industry trends, and competitor products to ensure offerings
remain competitive and innovative.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop
all credit card–related customer communication, marketing collateral, and
website content.
- Ensure all product offerings comply with
relevant regulations and internal policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge
of industry requirements.
- Support pricing and profitability analysis of
credit card products to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining
competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with the CPU to maintain adequate
credit card inventory levels.
