These are full-time, on-campus roles within the academics and student support departments, based in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. Subject Specialists — English, Chemistry, Mathematics

Plan and deliver syllabus-aligned lessons that build strong conceptual foundations and exam readiness.

Design assessments, quizzes, and projects that measure understanding and ignite curiosity.

Utilize differentiated strategies to support diverse learners, including remedial and enrichment plans.

Collaborate across departments to ensure vertical alignment from Primary to Senior School.

3) General Teachers — English, Science, Mathematics & Montessori

Teach foundational concepts with a child-centred approach, encouraging inquiry and creativity.

Prepare engaging lesson plans, activity sheets, learning centres, and age-suitable assessments.

Maintain a safe, neat, and inclusive classroom, fostering positive behaviour and teamwork.

Communicate effectively with parents; share actionable feedback and learning tips.

Participate in professional development and adopt latest pedagogical practices.

4) Emotional Health Coordinator

Provide counselling and psychosocial support to students, ensuring confidentiality and trust.

Conduct screenings, identify early signs of stress or learning difficulties, and create referral pathways.

Run wellbeing workshops (study skills, bullying prevention, digital citizenship, exam stress).

Collaborate with teachers and parents to design individual support plans.

Maintain case records and contribute to child protection & safeguarding protocols.
