Leader & Branch Manager Careers
Bank of Khyber is looking for skilled professionals for three key
positions in its regional offices: Team Leader – Corporate & Investment
Banking Group, Branch Manager, and In-Charge Booth. These full-time posts are
under the supervision of the Area Manager of Corporate Banking and are located
across the major places in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Multan, Sialkot,
Bajaur, Swat, Malakand, Peshawar). Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s
degree (master’s degree is preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of corporate
credit experience in a commercial bank—Islamic banking experience will be given
special preference. The deadline for application is May 15, 2025.
Education: Graduation
is required. Applicants holding a master’s degree from a Higher Education
Commission (HEC)-recognized institution in Pakistan—or an equivalency
certificate for foreign credentials—will be given preference.
Experience:
Hotel
accommodations
Team
Leader: At least 10 years of corporate credit experience in
a commercial bank. Experience in Islamic banking is an advantage.
Branch
Manager: Minimum 7 years in branch banking, including sales
targets and risk oversight.
In-Charge
Booth: Minimum 5 years managing deposit and loan outlets,
with microfinance exposure.

Main
Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leader – Corporate & Investment Banking Group
Set quarterly and annual asset growth targets for
relationship managers.
Review and refine credit proposals; coordinate with risk,
legal and compliance teams for approvals.
Conduct site visits of existing and prospective corporate
borrowers to assess project viability.
Monitor portfolio performance; guide marketing efforts to
meet client needs.
Build and strengthen relationships with key corporate
accounts in the southern region.
Provide regular reporting to the Area Manager Corporate
Banking.
Undertake additional assignments as directed by senior
management.
Branch Manager
Oversee daily branch operations, including teller,
customer service, and back-office functions.
Lead a team of sales and service staff to achieve deposit
and lending targets.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, anti-money
laundering (AML) policies, and internal controls.
Analyze branch profitability; recommend improvements in
processes and cross-selling strategies.
Foster a customer-centric environment; resolve escalated
client issues.
Prepare periodic performance reports for regional
leadership.
In-Charge Booth
Manage booth operations: cash handling, microfinance
disbursements, and deposits.
Deliver product training to booth staff and maintain
strict compliance with banking guidelines.
Monitor daily transactions and submit reconciliations to
the supervising branch.
Drive customer outreach programs to increase financial
inclusion in underserved communities.
Manage risk by following credit assessment procedures for
small loans.
