Testing Service (OTS) website at www.ots.org.pk for
registration.
Submit the prescribed application form online within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
Pay the application fee of PKR 200 at
any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the prescribed challan form
available on the OTS website.
✅ Documents Required:
Attested copies of educational certificates.
Service/experience certificates.
CNIC, domicile, and recent passport-size photographs.
Payment challan (original copy).
