Available Positions and
Key Details
General Manager,
Infrastructure & Planning
Responsibilities:
Leadership in civil works, ensuring project quality, health, safety, and
managing contractor relationships.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Civil/Transport Engineering, Project/Construction
Management, or equivalent.
Experience:
15+ years in infrastructure projects, 5+ years in senior management.
Preferred
Skills: FIDIC contract administration, experience with
international financing institutions.
Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and project matters; draft and
negotiate contracts.
Qualifications:
LLM in Corporate or Commercial Law (HEC-recognized).
Experience:
5+ years in legal advisory with managerial experience.
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with
financial policies.
Qualifications:
Certification in CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA (active membership required).
Experience:
7+ years in financial management, 5+ years in managerial roles within
infrastructure sectors.
Contracts
Specialist
Responsibilities:
Administer performance-based contracts, support vendor engagements, and ensure
compliance.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Law, or related fields.
Specialized training in ADB/MDB systems or FIDIC preferred.
Experience:
7+ years in contract systems, 3+ years in infrastructure projects.
Deputy Manager
Accounts
Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
Qualifications:
Certification in CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent (part-qualified candidates with
experience may apply).
Experience:
5+ years in accounting/finance, with 2+ years in a similar role; public-sector
experience preferred.
Assistant Manager
Project Planning
Responsibilities:
Expertise in planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and ensuring project
completion within budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (HEC-recognized). Proficiency in AutoCAD,
Primavera, and MS Project is advantageous.
Experience:
7+ years in project planning and evaluation, 3+ years in on-site construction;
experience with international donor agencies preferred.
