Attach photocopies of all relevant documents:

Degree certificates (Pass, Marks/Transcripts)

HEC equivalence (where applicable)

Publications list and copies (for Professor/Associate Professor)

Experience certificates (clearly stating designation & duration)

CNIC, domicile, and two recent photographs

Pay the processing fee 💳
Deposit Rs. 4,000/- as processing fee in Account No. 12080001440701, Habib Bank Limited, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur (or any online branch of HBL). Attach the original Challan/Pay Order to your application.

Submission deadline 📅
Submit the complete set to the Office of the Registrar, SALU Khairpur so it reaches on or before Monday, 16 February 2026. Incomplete/late applications are liable to rejection.

For Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees 🧑‍💼
Apply through proper channel with NOC and a service certificate duly issued by the controlling authority/head of institution/organization. Applications without NOC may be treated as incomplete.

For Professor/Associate Professor applicants 📚
Submit four (04) sets of application dossier, including CV, research papers, HEC recognition proofs, and academic quality evidence, properly bound and indexed. Publications must clearly indicate HEC category and impact where relevant.
