Drainage Project (Multiple PPS Vacancies)
The
Government of the Punjab is establishing a Program Management Unit
(PMU) under the project “Provision of Sewerage & Storm
Water Drainage Facilities in Punjab” to help cities improve urban
services and environmental health. The PMU will lead planning, design review,
procurement, construction supervision support, and contract management for
sewerage and storm-water schemes across Punjab.
Vacancies are open on a contract
basis under the Project
Pay Scale (PPS) for professionals in engineering, planning,
quantity surveying, procurement, contracts, legal, audit, finance,
administration, and IT. Posts include Coordination
Officer (PPS-07), Planning Engineer (PPS-08), Mechanical Engineer (PPS-08),
Electrical Engineer (PPS-08), Technical Assistant/Senior Sub-Engineer (PPS-07),
Regional Engineer (Civil) – North/South/Central (PPS-10), Chief Quantity
Surveyor/Draftsman (PPS-08), Quantity Surveyor (PPS-07), Manager Admin &
Accounts (PPS-09), Deputy Manager Admin & Accounts (PPS-08), Manager Audit
(PPS-09), Assistant Manager Audit (PPS-07), Assistant Manager Admin &
Accounts (PPS-07), General Manager (Procurement, Contracts & Legal)

What
We’re Looking For (Role Highlights)
Engineering
leaders (Regional/Planning/Mechanical/Electrical): hands-on
experience with sewerage networks, pumping stations, treatment plants,
SCADA/MCCs, electromechanical equipment, and schedule/cost control tools
(e.g., Primavera/MS Project).
Quantity
surveying & drafting specialists: BOQs,
rate analysis, FIDIC familiarity, shop drawings, and
measurement certification.
Procurement
& contracts professionals: solid
command over PPRA Rules/Regulations, bid evaluation, contract
drafting, and dispute avoidance.
Audit,
finance & admin: audit trails, vouchers, payroll,
budgeting, record management, and ERP/MS Excel proficiency.
Legal:
construction contracts, claims/variations, notices, and compliance with Punjab
Procurement Rules.
Coordination
& IT support: meeting minutes, dashboards, correspondence,
document control, and MS Office mastery.
