Vacant notice for recruitment of Gateman
(BSP-2) on a contract
basis in Lahore
Division. Applications are invited from
candidates belonging to civil districts that fall within the
territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan Railways Lahore Division. The appointment is initially for two (2)
years, with a possible extension
for one (1) more year based on satisfactory
performance.
Selected candidates will be required to
undergo prescribed training and must be declared medically
fit in the prescribed class by the Divisional

Medical Officer (DMO), Pakistan Railways, Lahore in
the required medical category.

18 to 25 years ✅

rendered in Armed Forces or 15 years

Nankana Sahib, Hafizabad, Chiniot (Lalian, Chenab Nagar), Jhang, Faisalabad,
Toba Tek Singh, Sialkot, Narowal.

✅ Open Merit: 60%
✅ Son of Railway Employee (in-service
/ retired / deceased): 20%
✅ Ex-Service Man: 10%
✅ Orphans (other than Railways): 5%
✅ Minority: 5%
Important Note
for Railway Employee Quota

employee’s son, the candidate’s Father/Mother
must submit an affidavit confirming that none of
their children has been appointed
against the Railway quota other than this child.
Terms & Conditions ⚠️ (Important)
✅ Only shortlisted
candidates will be called for Skill Test and Interview after scrutiny of
educational documents.
⚠️ Legal action may
be initiated against applicants who submit fake
certificates, and also against those who verify/testify them.
