Meezan Bank is looking to hire Manager - Operational Excellence in Service Quality Department, Customer Support Group at its Head Office in Karachi.

We are looking for a Service Quality Consultant to join our Service Quality Department within the General Services & Customer Support Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that branch service performance aligns with established standards, ultimately contributing to an outstanding customer experience. This position requires regular visits to branches, close collaboration with various stakeholders, and active involvement in improving service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct branch visits to evaluate service performance against predefined standards.
- Serve as a Service Ambassador by supporting branches in achieving service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and policies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to foster a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Maintain governance standards to ensure quality and compliance across all service operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of governance principles related to service quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Qualification in Islamic finance is preferred, providing added expertise within the financial services sector.
