Education: ACCA/ACMA/CA

years in public sector financial management, budgeting, cashflow
forecasting, and audit compliance for development projects.
Knowledge of PPRA rules, procurement cycles, and donor/government

2.4 Monitoring
& Evaluation Expert (PPS-7)
