professionals for District
Headquarter (DHQ) and Tehsil
Headquarter (THQ) hospitals across the province. The hiring is
open for the following categories: Hospital
Administrator, Clinical
Coordinators, Consultants /
Specialists, Anesthesiologists, Medical
Officer / Woman Medical Officer, and Dental Surgeon. Appointments will follow an experience-based
salary banding structure, with postings made according to service needs at

Hospital
Administrator
Oversee clinical
operations, patient flow, bed management, scheduling, and facility
readiness.
Implement quality
& patient-safety standards, including incident reporting and IPC.
Manage budgeting, procurement
coordination, HR deployment, and liaison with DHQ/THQ leadership.
Track KPIs:
ER waiting time, OT utilization, discharge turnaround, stock-outs, and patient
feedback.
Clinical
Coordinators
Run multidisciplinary
rounds and coordinate between ER, wards, ICU, OT, pharmacy, lab, and
radiology.
Maintain care
bundles (sepsis, stroke, AMI), ensure checklists and clinical
documentation are complete.
Support referral
pathways and patient education for safe discharge.
Assist
with data capture for dashboards, audits, and accreditation
readiness.
Consultants /
Specialists
Provide specialist
clinics, inpatient care, emergency consults, and procedures per
credentialing.
Lead junior
doctors; contribute to protocols, training, and case
reviews.
Promote rational
diagnostics, antimicrobial stewardship, and patient-centered communication.
Anesthesiologists
Deliver safe
anesthesia across OTs and emergency theatres; support ICU and pain
services.
Lead pre-anesthesia
assessment, airway management, and recovery protocols.
Enforce
surgical safety checklists and resuscitation readiness.
Medical Officer /
Woman Medical Officer
Provide general
medical care, triage, and emergency stabilization.
Maintain accurate
notes, order tests judiciously, and apply national clinical guidelines.
Participate
in on-call rotations and outreach as required.
Dental Surgeon
Offer comprehensive
dental care, including restorative procedures and minor oral
surgery.
Implement IPC in
dental settings; coordinate community dental health days.
