The Punjab Public Service
Commission (PPSC) has advertised for 25 Sub Engineer (Civil) jobs on a three-year contract
in the Housing Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department,
WASA, and Lahore Development Authority (LDA). The successful candidates will support Lahore‘s water supply, sewerage and
urban infrastructure schemes under the provincial service rules.
Scale: BS-14

• Tenure: 3-year contract
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 21–30
years (calculated as on 13 Oct 2025)
Gender: Male

district of the province of Punjab
Education:
Three-year
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil (after Matriculation)
Institution
must be recognized by PEC or HEC
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil works at project sites
Ensure quality control of construction materials and
workmanship
Maintain progress reports and site diaries
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and department
staff
Enforce safety and compliance standards
Examination &
Selection
Written Test
Format: Single paper, 100 MCQs
Duration: 90 minutes
Syllabus: Entire DAE (Civil) curriculum (100 %)
Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called by PPSC
Medical Examination
Conducted at a government-approved hospital
Final Merit List
Based on combined written test and interview scores
