Company (PPMC) is a government organization responsible for providing policy and
technical support to
the Ministry of Energy (Power Division). PPMC plays a key role in integrated
planning, policy formulation, strategic development, and performance evaluation of Pakistan’s power
sector.
PPMC is inviting
applications for multiple
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) positions in various disciplines. These full-time,
contractual roles offer an opportunity to work in a policy-driven
environment, contribute to national energy planning, and gain
professional growth in a dynamic
public sector organization.
Job Responsibilities
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Technical
Develop concept
papers, reports, and technical summaries related to energy policy and power planning.
Assist in data modeling
and research for energy
transition scenarios.
Provide support for
technology roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Conduct research
studies for policy recommendations.
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Information Technology
Provide support in IT
functions, including software
development, infrastructure management, and digital solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting,
system optimization, and cybersecurity measures.
Conduct research on
emerging technologies, digital transformation, and automation.
Develop IT policies,
documentation, and feasibility reports.
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Finance
Assist in financial
modeling, tariff adjustments, circular debt analysis, and subsidy policies.
Conduct financial
research and prepare feasibility reports.
Support in budgeting,
taxation, and financial strategy development.
Provide data analysis
for power sector economic planning.
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Human Resource
Support recruitment,
employee onboarding, and HR documentation.
Assist in developing
employee engagement programs.
Research HR best
practices and industry benchmarks.
Develop HR policies,
presentations, and strategic planning reports.
Eligibility Criteria ✅
Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Fresh
graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving
skills are encouraged to apply.
Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA
of 3.0/4.0 or 80% marks for final-year graduates and 65% marks for
postgraduates.
Age Limit: Maximum 30
years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
Technical Proficiency: IT applicants should be proficient in software development, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
