Key Responsibilities and Skills
Lead, Training, Development & Partnerships
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs
tailored to mining operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry
guidelines.
Oversee vendor management and deliver leadership training
sessions.
Skills:
Strong project management and facilitation abilities.
Knowledge of industry-specific mining standards and labor
management systems (LMS).
Officer, Training and Development
Responsibilities:
Facilitate leadership and skill-based training programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training
initiatives with operational needs.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance.
Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with mining standards and safety protocols.
CSR Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
Lead construction projects related to community
development.
Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Quantities
(BOQs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment
with community goals.
Skills:
Robust knowledge of construction processes and technical
specifications.
Proficiency in project management tools and strong
interpersonal skills.
Travel Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for Reko Diq
Mining Company personnel.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and maintain
booking records.
Provide administrative support for streamlined travel
operations.
Skills:
Expertise in travel booking systems like INX.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
