Performance Based Compensation:
$750 = 211,034.78pkr per sale
Sell one each week and earn 844,139.12pkr each month
Sell two each week and earn 1,688,278.24 each month!!
We are looking for highly skilled telephone sales professionals to help us sell solar systems to Americans. You generate the lead, you book the appt, you get the customer to request a quote.
Once the quote is generated, you will schedule a virtual meeting with the customer and one of our sales reps and we will close it for you. You don't have to be a great solar sales professional to earn big money, you just need to be great at finding customers and convincing them to request a quote.

To succeed you will need to...
1. Speak Good English
2. Source your own leads via, email, cold calling, or the internet (we also provide leads with names, numbers, emails in the markets we service however it's VERY important that you can find your own).
3. Understand how solar works and its financial benefits to residential homeowners.
4. A good home office set up with the ability to conduct virtual calls
5. A desire to earn commissions based on your performance.
If you are already a skilled sales professional in the solar space, we will provide access to our crm and quoting tools. If you can close deals on your own without our involvement then we will pay skilled solar professionals 420,492.60 each sale you make.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
- Marketing our solar program to homeowners via cold-calling from your home office
- You'll be instructing your clients on the benefits of meeting with a sales representative for a free consultation.
- Utilizing your sales experience, you'll persuasively overcome their initial objections and use the script provided to help set a confirmed appointment.

- Speak English very well!!!!
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
- Must have a computer, phone, and a reliable internet connection
- Must be a diligent, honest worker with high integrity
- Must have a home office with a quiet working environment.
