We are currently seeking a well-communicated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. Your exceptional communication skills, professional demeanor, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring our clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Provide information to clients and visitors about our services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- A proactive and positive attitude
